Abstract

This article presents hook up between the social division of educational work, intensification of teaching work and extraction of added value as foundations and determinants of teacher training and work. From this perspective, the current stage of development of the Brazilian Classification of Occupations is of interest to this discussion, here understood as a reflection of the advancement of the social division of labor for the improvement of the national education system, as an objective form of the productive chain of workforce in upon that it is relevant to the capitalist. The arguments developed are aimed at defending the theoretical basis that explains the situation of teachers in Brazil, looking for the capitalist interests that model and shape this situation.
