It is observed that in recent decades there has been a growing number of enrollments in higher education of students with ADHD. In this way, institutions needed to undergo changes from structural to human material. The present study sought to analyze the paths of university students with ADHD and the actions carried out by the accessibility center for the necessary support for the development of these students' learning, enabling their permanence, thus avoiding the occurrence of academic evasion and providing opportunities for the project to be implemented. of life. In methodological terms, the research had a qualitative and descriptive approach, in which a literature review was carried out. It is concluded that it is necessary to consolidate educational public policies that favor the access and permanence of university students with ADHD in higher education, since the difficulties encountered by these students throughout their schooling range from specific difficulties in learning to issues of legislation relating to the inclusion process.
