Objective. This article describes the design characteristics and the corresponding quality validation process of the "Profe Influencer" platform as a repository of digital educational resources. Methodology. The LORI - AD instrument was used, which allows the construction of systematic reviews and comparisons through 9 criteria that indicate the attributes to be observed by assigning a discrete score to each one, configuring a rating scale. The validation instrument (questionnaire) was distributed to 112 secondary school teachers in Ecuador and an exploratory analysis of the resulting data was carried out with relationship and trend measures to verify the strength of the analysis elements. Results. The overall assessment of the platform (through the proposed scale) indicates that the participants in the validation process consider it to be between "very good" (56.3%) and "good" (34.5%), which suggests that it meets the quality standards to be used in the formal and non-formal educational context, in addition to allowing continuous and permanent interaction between teachers and students. Discussion and conclusion. It is evident that the internal correlation of the technical-pedagogical dimensions that constitute it is significant in most of its categories, due to the fact that its structuring model incorporates media competence and is based on the crossbreeding of digital resources and methodological strategies.
