This study, inspired by the question “what were the effects of Psychoanalysis studies on the (re)constitution of teaching in the Physical Education discipline of the first author, inspired/sustained in/by the decolonial perspective?”, aims to: (i) identify and understand the notion of subject in/for the decolonial perspective, (ii) analyze how the educational act is designed in/for the decolonial perspective and (iii) understand the pedagogical relationship proposed by the decolonial perspective in Physical Education classes. To this end, analyzes and discussions were carried out on what the decolonial perspective proposes and what its stakes are. Likewise, we reflect on the discomforts and discomforts produced in the students and the teacher, especially in relation to the educational act and the teacher's pedagogical choices that did not meet the desires and interests of all students. at all times. The contributions of Psychoanalysis to this study called us to understand that every pedagogical relationship implies some helplessness. And, to support this discomfort that is produced in and by the relationship with others, we believe that teachers have the responsibility to organize and sustain a teaching process and, at the same time, revisit the effects of your choices and desires towards the other. This is because there is no educational bet without desires.
