This chapter analyzed the production and consumption of “unconventional” wines in Argentina since the last decades of the 20th century. In this manuscript we refer to wines produced with new typologies for the Argentine market (and with a certain scale of production and promotion) for the last decades of the last century, such as organic, natural, biodynamic wines, among others.
