Objective: To analyze care recommendations available in the literature that can subsidize the decision making of health professionals in organ and tissue donation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Scoping review, developed in five steps and four databases. Results: 873 publications were found and 15 selected for analysis. All these studies were published in 2020, mainly from China and predominantly discussion articles. The main recommendations are: running of tests to detect SARS-Cov-2 infection in a deceased donor; complete clinical evaluation of past history for potential and possible donation. Final considerations: Recommendations evidenced in this study can support health professionals on the process of organ and tissue donation to decision making in more effective interventions during the pandemic and with the available resources.
