Every individual has or presents their own way of learning and the right to accessibility for people with disabilities is based on human and citizenship rights, being regulated, in Brazil, by Law No. 13,146 of 2015. However, Anatomy textbooks are materials full of figures, illustrations, colors and other resources inaccessible to people with visual impairments, therefore, for this subject to have access to learning, it is necessary to develop materials that provide their knowledge. This study aims to create an E-Book and Talking Book on anatomy. Initially, students enrolled in a private higher education institution in the city of Rio de Janeiro under the guidance and coordination of the Anatomy Professor, chose the topics on human anatomy in order to structure the guidelines for the material to be developed. The visual identity was created and the content of the E-Book was written, using the graphic design website Canva and the Microsoft Word 365 program, respectively. Recordings, reviews and editions of the Talking Book were carried out using the Audacity program. Two E-books were produced and consequently, two Anatomy Talking Books totaling 23 topics covered which were validated by five blind people. All created products are freely available in the public domain. The content covered in the spoken books produced is quite understandable, and achieves its objective of contributing significantly to the teaching-learning process of content related to human anatomy, favoring inclusive education in higher education for people with visual impairments.
