THE CHILD BODY AND THE ADULT BODY IN THE RESEARCH WITH CHILDREN

This text raises reflections about the child body and the adult body in the research with children. Line in the experience of a research which occurred in 2018 and 2019m in two school institutions of Ponta Grossa – Paraná, being one a City Center of Child Education (Centro Municipal de Educação Infantil - CMEI) and a school of the early years of Elementary School. The interpretive-based and ethnographic nature research tried to understand the point of view of children about how is the experience of crossing from the Child Education to the Early Years of Elementary School. The concepts here discussed aim to collaborate with the legitimacy of the voices, verbal and non-verbal of the child in academic and scientific researches, in educational context, from the perspective of the sociology of childhood. In the meantime, it is presented the least adult posture (MANDELL, 2003), as a form of relation between the adult body and the child body in the process of data production. By mean of this theoretical methodological approach, the child body is understood as a competent subject, creative and producer of knowledge and culture and it is defended the legitimacy of its capacity of sharing decisions, jointly with the adult body, within the scope of the research and the schooling process.
