SUS Ombudsmen and Brazilian Public Health School Network: an unprecedent experience

This experience report aimed to analyze the training of SUS ombudsmen, a partnership between the Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública Sergio Arouca ENSP/Fiocruz, Rede Brasileira de Escola de Saúde Pública - Redescola, and the Secretaria de Gestão Estratégica e Participativa do SUS, SGEP/MS. Considered as a pioneer, the training was developed a method of participatory construction, involving municipals, states and nationals agents from SUS ombudsmen, state public health institutions/schools, Conselho Nacional de Secretarias Municipais de Saúde (CONASEMS) and the Secretaria Técnica Executiva da Redescola, in a governance articulation that resulted in the training of 451 ombudsmen.
