MUSICALIZATION IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: A LOOK BEYOND ENTERTAINMENT

This article aims to reflect on the importance of musicalization acting on cognitive, social, affective and motor aspects in early childhood education and the important role of the teacher in conducting these activities, as well as addressing teacher education in relation to art, since it is through it that it configures aspects that build the conception of art and the different artistic manifestations of the teachers and this conception will guide their praxis. We will also discuss the historical course of the conception of childhood and the emergence of early childhood education through educational documents to be recognized as part of education. Therefore, training courses should also be offered to teachers on musicalization and that attends to art, so that they understand and see music as a powerful artistic resource, and a possibility to revisit subjects seen in the classroom and in the presentation new content, moreover, I understand the importance of stimulating creativity.
