This article presents and systematizes the methodology of the SC Cria+ Program, conceived as a proposal for organizing scientific, technological, and creative education in public schools. The problem addressed concerns the need for methodologies capable of transforming maker laboratories, STEAM initiatives, and student projects into continuous pedagogical practices integrated into the curriculum and sustained by student agency. This is a theoretical-methodological study, descriptive and propositional in nature, whose objective is to record the foundations, components, flows, and organizing principles of the proposal, without analyzing empirical results from implementation. The systematized methodology articulates Science and Technology Clubs, SC Cria+ Teams, teacher mentoring, the Explore–Create–Share cycle, the production of didactic sequences, and collaborative network governance. The article argues that school technological infrastructure only produces pedagogical innovation when associated with the intentional organization of subjects, spaces, projects, curriculum, and practice sharing. As a contribution, it presents a methodological architecture aimed at supporting public schools in promoting investigative, creative, interdisciplinary, and socially shareable learning experiences.
