Objective. To analyze the quality of life of university students with ADHD, investigating the effect of social, emotional, and academic difficulties, as well as the demands and responsibilities of the university context, on well-being. Method. A cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach was conducted with 130 university students with a diagnosis or indicative symptoms of ADHD. Quality of life was assessed using the AAQoL, and symptoms were identified through the ASRS-18. Results. Moderately severe ADHD symptoms and low level of quality of life were observed, with greater impairment in psychological health and productivity subscales. The findings indicate the need to develop strategies to improve the quality of life of university students with ADHD, particularly in the psychological and academic domains.
