This study is significant in that it examines educational management in teacher-training institutions in Cuba within the context of the Third Phase of Improvement of the National Education System, which is characterized by a lack of procedures and strategies to facilitate the participation of the educational community. An educational management model was designed for the training of primary school teachers at the Manuel Ascunce Domenech Pedagogical School. The research employed a mixed-methods approach based on the systematization of pedagogical practice. It was conducted over four cycles (2021–2025) and involved administrators, teachers, students, and family members, using purposive sampling. Methodological triangulation was employed, including document analysis, participant observation, and questionnaires. The proposed model was positively validated by stakeholders, who highlighted its applicability and potential to transform teacher education management.
