This work, developed within the scope of a Master's degree in Education, aims to build a State of Knowledge on psychologization in the school environment, mapping productions, approaches, and gaps in the theme. Such an initiative seeks to critically systematize what has been produced in the field, identify trends, and ground the research within the contemporary educational debate. With a methodological emphasis, it presents the state of knowledge as a relevant investigative exercise for the educational field and fundamental for the researcher's insertion into their area of study. The timeframe covers the period from 2013 to 2023, using repositories from graduate programs in Education and Psychology in Bahia, as well as the SciELO and CAPES platforms. The research consisted of a review of articles, dissertations, and theses, allowing for the mapping of trends, gaps, and methodological approaches related to the topic. The proposal to present this stage as an independent article seeks to value the production of methodological studies and favor the replicability of the method by other researchers. The study identified different epistemological trends that tension and problematize the relationship between Psychology and Education, highlighting the influence of psychological-medical-psychiatric knowledge in daily school life and its implications for the teacher-student relationship regarding learning difficulties.
