Abstract

The objective of this study is to clarify and promote an understanding in the application of teachinglearning that values training and personal experiences. It also highlights the role of memory, cognitive activity in the learning process, which alters the neural network, in other words, activation and branching of neurons. Therefore, to carry out this research, different readings (books, articles and websites) corroborate this theme, which consist of a bibliographic analysis and quotes from authors that support the propositions and statements used in the construction of this study. On the other hand, an attempt is made to discuss individualized learning, but it does not go into the structural or social aspects, it is restricted to an analysis of perceptual (teaching) aspects worked on in the cognitive scope based on personal experiences. Ultimately, a comprehensive study that contributes in a unique way to the validation of individualized teaching (and training) and its implications for the consolidation of (temporary) memories and neuroplastic changes.
