Objective: To investigate the Care for people with anxiety offered by Psychosocial Care and basic health professionals. Method: A qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory study. The participants were professionals from a CAPS team, acting as referenc ete chnicians for users, and nurses fromthe UBS. In-depth interviews and field notes were conducted, with the mati canal ysisfollowin Minayo. Results: Five the meswe reidentified: Reception and active listening in UBS for the care of user swith anxiety; Referrals in UBS for the care of user swith anxiety; Physicalactivity, meditation, breathing techni ques with yoga and reiki for anxiety care in UBS; Physicalacti vity (dance), meditation, breathing techniques, musictherapy, and walks for the care of users withanxiety in CAPS; Reception, listening, workshop activities, and ther apeutic groups in CAPS.Conclusion:Different mental health practices for anxiety care were evidenced in a CAPS and reference UBSs. Implications: Integrative and complementary practices, as ananxiety care strategy, contributet other eduction of symptoms, providing individualized care and more humanized assistance.
