Multidisciplinary work is of great value in the scope of care, so we sought to reflect and understand the relevance of the team in the care process in Primary Care, through literature. Aiming to analyze in the literature the importance of the Family Health Strategy team for the quality of care in Primary Health Care and its respective potential, this is a Narrative Literature Review, with different types of studies. The searches for studies were carried out in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), in October 2024, using the combinations of Health Sciences Descriptors: "Family health strategy" AND "quality of health care" AND "Primary Health Care". A total of 113 results were found, with a total of 97 in Portuguese, 23 in English and three in Spanish, which, after going through a filtering process, resulted in 34 studies. Furthermore, selection was carried out by title and abstract, with 23 being excluded, and 11 being selected for full reading, totaling, after the eligibility process, four works. Although this study presented modest results, it managed to achieve the objective of the review, highlighting the importance of the team's performance in the quality of care in the context of Primary Health Care.
