In this paper, I present the initial reflections produced from the observation of e-commerces in their expansion on the commercial transactions in Brazil, while identifying the physical structures of logistics warehouses and the forms of hiring workers who operate in these units and analyzing the objective and subjective elements that make up the category, outlining the union representation of these workers. The research is grounded in qualitative methodology, triangulating document analysis, interviews, and quantitative secondary data. For this presentation, I articulate the triangular point of document analysis with the theoretical problems extracted from the literature review that follows the research, pointing out indications for the interpretation of the documents and explanations for the observed phenomena. I define the sensitizing concept of internet warehouse as the trend model of the modified social form of stock in contemporary neoliberal capitalism and identify the fragmentation of the workers through the practice of labor outsourcing, as well as the impacts of labor legislation, productive restructuring, and neoliberal forms of subjectivation on workers in the sector.
