The aim of this paper is to point out the philosophical influences present in Albert Einstein's physical theories, highlighting some points of the philosophy of science produced by the philosopher physicist. It is known that throughout his career Einstein was greatly influenced by philosophy. In his text, Physics and Reality, he talks about the importance for a physicist not only to have a philosophical basis, but also to do philosophy, especially at times when the foundations of physics are in crisis. The research will therefore consist of a reading of Einstein's texts in order to draw attention to the importance of philosophy for scientific research and the development of theories, especially in the field of physics.
