Abstract

The complexity paradigm emerges as an alternative to fragmented perspectives, offering an integral look at current phenomena and problems. It addresses the systems as a whole, considering the interconnections and interdependencies between their various components, whether biological, social, economic or ecological. The present essay aims to present in a way argues the importance of the paradigm of complexity in the understanding of the world, highlighting its keys and values to address complexity effectively in various areas of human life.

Jacksson Alvarez, Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Occidentales Ezequiel Zamora

Magister Scientiarum in Public Management, Bachelor of Administration, a degree in Education. I am currently a teacher La Unellez - Vipi, I have participated in the training of students of administration careers, public accounting, agroecological tourism, development planning, and different curricular units at the postgraduate degree, allowing this in addition to the participation and creation of Sociocomunity linking activities for the benefit of local development and the promotion of Unellez.
