Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the actions of the 'Elas na Web' project on women's empowerment and combating violence through insertion in social networks. The participants were 40 women from four municipalities in the Brazilian Midwest. The data was obtained from transcribing video classes and conversation circles and analyzed using a text-as-data approach, including topic modeling. Four topics emerged: Addressing difficulties and possible solutions, communication and digital inclusion, prevention and support against violence, and female empowerment and social inclusion. The results showed the benefits of digital inclusion and cyber-activism for the empowerment of Indigenous women, highlighting the importance of the active participation of beneficiaries in the design of public policies. The methodological strategy based on textual analysis provided an in-depth understanding of the effects of social interventions in marginalized contexts, offering valuable insights for improving public policies aimed at these communities.
