Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of multiculturalism on organizational communication. Such an aim permitted to identify and propose effective strategies to foster the harmonization of cultural diversity in the workplace. The adopted methodology is qualitative in nature and is divided into two methods. First, an equation is established for the search of analytical categories. Secondly, a documentary review is conducted using matrices to identify converging and diverging points. The main conclusion highlights the enriching association between organizational communication and multiculturalism in the workplace. The metaphor of multicultural symphony suggests that, despite inherent challenges, effective management of cultural diversity leads to enhanced and efficient organizational communication.
