Brazilian Universities' Gender Equality Plans

The article aims to develop an instrument to analyse how Brazilian universities are working to seek gender equality in academia, considering its various dimensions. Based on a sample of Institutional Development Plans from Brazilian universities, complemented with other institutional documents, results show that initiatives are still scarce and focused on students.
