Under a mixed approach, theoretical and empirical methods were used, and the following techniques were applied: survey and focus groups. It was found that 26% of the women surveyed offer the "yapa" as an innovative action in sales; 42% keep going around the city to be closer to customers, and 31.6% use friendly treatment, as they consider that it facilitates their sales; in addition, it was assessed that their level of social innovation is of new principles.
