CONTINUING TRAINING IN ACTION RESEARCH ARTICULATED WITH LOCAL PRODUCTIVE ARRANGEMENTS AIMING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF BASIC EDUCATION

This article analyzes the Continuing Education Program for Teachers in Action Research to Improve the Quality of Basic Education articulated with Local Productive Arrangements (APL) and the construction and implementation of 10 Research-Action Projects developed by multidisciplinary groups of teachers and students. of the state schools involved and of the licenciatura courses and APL managers. The projects had as reference the curricular discussions of Basic Education, involving the steps: construction of a theoretical framework; elaboration of monitoring and evaluation instruments, carrying out data collection, systematization of data in the form of reports; analysis of information and textual production. Data collection involved participant observation, questionnaires, planning and production carried out by the schools participating in the projects. Data analysis involved the transcription of group recordings; analysis of the records of each project; content analysis of materials produced by those involved; preparation of tables and summary texts of the research stages carried out in the projects. The data allow analyzing the involvement and commitment of the subjects of the projects with the proposal, the concepts elaborated and the transformations evidenced in the planning and development of research-action and the contribution of the proposal in the context of APL and basic education.
