Peruvian education during COVID-19 has questioned its shortcomings and taken on challenges. This study developed a conceptual approach to the importance of trans complex education as an alternative to the national diversity of Peru, a country with a complex, multidimensional, and pluricultural reality. This approach is not confronted from fragmented and simplistic perspectives but from a transdisciplinary vision that allows one to face the current problems satisfactorily. The methodology applied consisted of a systematic review of articles and books published in different databases, covering the importance of transcomplexization through the complex paradigm and transdisciplinarity. As a result, the need to implement trans complex education in a country where social problems are characterized by their multidimensionality, human diversity, and needs for educational improvement to achieve a sustainable and ecological quality of life is highlighted.
