THE CONSTRUCTION OF EDUCATION PROJECTS IN MORAL VALUES IN A MUNICIPAL SCHOOL IN VITÓRIA-ES

This study aimed to investigate whether educators acquired theoretical and methodological knowledge to develop an education project based on moral values in line with those that can be considered successful by authors in the field. To this end, there was guidance in the preparation of the education project on moral values, which took place during workshops held in a training course. Nine professionals from a municipal elementary school participated in the workshops. The qualitative analysis of the project indicated aspects that are pointed out by the literature as necessary for the education in moral values to be considered successful. That said, we consider that the workshops provided the professionals with an instrument for an action proposal that considers the moral development of the student, even though more training spaces are needed within the workload for better development of these actions.
