The article proposes to identify the distribution of industrial health complexes around the world based on Carlos Gadelha's formulation. The scope is limited to the technical-productive structure, without fully covering national health systems. To this end, it articulates three main axes: the flows of productive inputs that make up the complex, the corporate topology of large pharmaceutical and medtech companies, and innovation indicators, such as technology parks, clusters, and patents. Finally, a relationship between industrial health economic complexes and spatial health production circuits is established. The result is an analytical framework that allows for the identification of different degrees of consolidation of complexes in different territories, without attempting to constitute a ranking or exhaustive classification.
