This experience report describes the development and implementation of the Breast Cancer Intelligent Center in Curitiba, Paraná, an open‑source digital platform for monitoring and managing the oncological care pathway. The solution integrates process automation (RPA), processing of mammography reports from the Brazilian Cancer Information System (SISCAN), and interactive analytical dashboards, enabling the identification of suspicious exams, reduction of duplicate records, and monitoring of legal waiting times. Over one hundred thousand reports were processed and structured in a pipeline based on Python, PostgreSQL, and Dash, with hierarchical access control and protection of sensitive data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The platform adopts a human‑in‑the‑loop model, where automated prioritizations are reviewed by health professionals. The experience demonstrates the feasibility of open‑source solutions aligned with national policies (30/60‑day laws, “Specialists Now” Program, National Health Data Network – RNDS) and with potential for replication in other municipalities and care lines.
