Objective: To determine the concordance between the traditional/analog cephalometric method and the digital software WebCeph™ in measuring the ANB angle, used to assess the maxillomandibular sagittal relationship. Methods: Forty digital lateral cephalometric radiographs from orthodontic patients treated at San Camilo Hospital (San Felipe, Chile) were analyzed. Two calibrated operators and an expert measured the SNA, SNB, and ANB angles using the traditional/analog method and the digital analysis with WebCeph™. Pearson’s correlation and Lin’s concordance correlation coefficient were applied. Results: A high concordance was observed between both methods (CCC > 0.96), with significant correlations between the traditional and digital measurements (r = 0.8882 for SNA; r = 0.9373 for SNB; r = 0.9673 for ANB). Conclusion: WebCeph™ demonstrated a strong concordance with the traditional method in measuring the ANB angle, supporting its reliability as a digital cephalometric analysis tool. Keywords: Cephalometry, ANB angle, WebCeph™, orthodontics, artificial intelligence.
