This article presents the development of a dynamic model to analyze the employability of Industrial Engineering graduates from UNHEVAL. The model, based on systems dynamics and built using Stella software, integrates key variables such as training quality, accreditation, working conditions, technical and soft skills, innovation, the impact of COVID-19, and the unemployment rate. The model simulates the evolution of the employability index over time, considering the interaction of internal and external factors that influence graduates' job placement. The results show that the model is a useful tool for evaluating scenarios and supporting strategic decision-making in educational management and improving professional employability.
