Response of the corn crop (zea mays) to the application of organic fertilizer in the Meneses vereda, municipality of Buesaco, Nariño, Colombia

This research was carried out in the municipality of Buesaco-Nariño, its objective is to compare the yield of the corn crop (Zea corn) in a total area of 448m2 with 480 seedlings, with two doses in order to have a minimum and a maximum range. as reference. It consists of four treatments and four repetitions, the first treatment is the control, the second the mountain land, the third the organic fertilizer, and the fourth the chemical fertilizer, in a crop divided into four repetitions. Also measuring variables such as height, diameter and leaf area of the plant. Obtaining as general results that the variables do not present significant differences, despite being a semi-experimental investigation, the data obtained can only be taken as an approximation to understand the behavior of this crop for this area of the region.
