The Health Academy Program (PAS), a health promotion strategy, faces financing as a challenge. Therefore, the objectives were to present the number of centers built, accredited and funded, as well as to analyze the temporal evolution and the regional and national distribution of PAS funding from 2021 to 2024. Through an exploratory descriptive study with a quantitative approach, an increase in the number of centers built was observed, although the same was not true for accredited centers. The total annual funding reached up to BRL 50.1 million, with the Northeast region having the highest proportion of accredited and funded centers. In conclusion, significant limitations were revealed in achieving the objectives of the PAS, particularly the low number of accredited centers.
