Abstract

Female leadership in family businesses plays a critical role in shaping organizational culture, talent management, and business sustainability. This article examines how women leaders face cultural barriers and stereotypes while bringing unique qualities that enhance the competitiveness and adaptability of organizations, particularly in SMEs. Through a literature review and critical analysis, it explores the dynamics between gender, leadership, and organizational transformation, proposing future research avenues.
