The research adopts a qualitative approach of an applied nature, with exploratory and descriptive objectives. The study was conducted through an experimental procedure, applying three didactic sequences in a training course for school managers, teachers, and pedagogical advisors. The results indicate that the implementation of Trello, combined with the agile Kanban method, facilitates the management of educational projects, promoting a more organized and participatory environment. This study provides valuable insights into the practical application of digital technologies in education and suggests pathways for the continuation and expansion of these practices.
