Abstract

Soft skills are defined as emotional skills related to social activity. In high school students, practicing and strengthening these skills is essential for achieving their life project. This research aims to analyze descriptively the criteria of high school students of the Sicalpa Educational Unit about their life project and what soft skills they have to achieve it. The research was carried out with a descriptive methodology of transversal and quantitative cut, where the survey was used as an instrument of data collection, applied to a population of 69 students, whose results show the predisposition of having a life project, as well as the qualities to achieve this objective. It is concluded that students have a communication and vision about their future with their closest circle. In addition, soft skills and the educational process are fundamental for achieving their life project.
