Context: The labor insertion of students of Bachelor in Education-Construction to institutions of the Educational Level at rural zones and at rural constructions Technical and Professional from the process of teaching professional learning of the Integrative Principal Discipline, proof the need to develop labor quality that you allow them to perform with a prosperous and sustainable vision for conservation and protection of the ecosystem during the execution of rural constructions.
Objectives: Contributing to the development of labor attributes of students of Bachelor in Education-Construction from the Integrative Principal Discipline to favor his performance at rural constructions.
Methods: The essential methods that were used are the analysis synthesis, induction deduction and the scientific observation, the ones that they allowed evidencing the insufficiencies in the development of labor quality of students of Bachelor in Education-Construction from The Integrative Principal Discipline for his performance at the rural constructions.
Results: They offer the labor quality and it features of manifestation that characterize the of Bachelor in Education-Construction for his performance in the labor contexts from the Integrative Principal Discipline with a prosperous and sustainable vision for conservation and protection of the ecosystem during the execution of rural constructions.
